Same sex marriage

I came upon a video on YouTube on a 17 year old University Junior in Vermont, USA. The video was on a debate on same sex marriage. Being sapphic he disagrees on what the whole world is doing to be againts gays. He clearly explains that being what he has become isn't what he wanted, loving the same sex. He tells the people that he was harrased by those boys at school and he was brought down. He also claimed that being gay wasn't wrong, it was natural for some. He claims that being in a gay relationship can teach children not to actually think that gay and all those homosexual words to be vulgar. He supports that by saying that being gay could also raise children well, just like his parents did. So this actually opened my eyes on teasing gays, they're humans too and they need to be treated fairly.

I think homosexuality is fine. People may not feel attracted to the opposite sex. It's their own choice. But even though I'm okay with it, I still feel disgusted when I see gay people on TV.

It's against our religion. So, I don't really approve of gays' marriage, not that I hate them. But it is their choice and sometimes, I think we really have to learn to respect it.

True enough

The funny thing was, why he debated it is to let the public here and the public includes the American Government. The government allowed same sex marriage but to some consequence. They have to leave their family and out of their hometown, and that's what puzzled me
